TTR Haven Over The Hilltop is an organization in Pike County that provides support to foster families and other families in need. TTR provides a safe place where they can receive love, hope and self-worth through that support. 

 

In 2015, there were 17,203 children in Indiana in foster care (this does not include family placements).  This was an increase of 6,244 from 2011. Many of the needs of these children are not being met. TTR will stand in the gap to meet these needs.
